We are situated directly opposite free all day public parking beside the park and lake. We are within 100 metres of 2 local shops, 2 pubs, a Chinese takeaway and an Indian takeaway/restaurant. We are located approximately a kilometre away from The Mountbatten Water Taxi which takes you to the historic Barbican and Hoe. Also within a kilometre there is The Mount Batten Water sports centre, Plymouth Yacht Haven Marina and Jennycliff cafe which over looks the picturesque Plymouth Sound.
